Each DEEVRA light is carefully crafted so that the glow you receive feels right for the space and the moment it was chosen for. Before shipping, every product goes through quality checks and is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you safely.

However, if something is not right with your order, we are here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be processed, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for every customer.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference or liking/disliking the design

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer

Damage Verification Requirement

To help us resolve issues quickly and fairly, customers may be asked to provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the product and packaging at the time of opening.

This helps us verify:

  • Shipping damage

  • Incorrect items

  • Missing components

Customers are strongly advised to record a short unboxing video while opening the package, as it helps us resolve any rare issues much faster.

Claims related to damage, defect, or incorrect items may not be eligible for replacement or refund if sufficient visual proof cannot be provided within the reporting time frame.

Product Characteristics & Defect Clarification

Every DEEVRA light is produced through a detailed manufacturing process designed to create intricate designs and a beautiful illuminated effect.

Due to the nature of this process, certain minor surface characteristics may naturally appear on the product. These may include:

  • Fine texture or layer lines

  • Minor surface variations

  • Small marks or tiny gaps that occur during production

These characteristics are normal and expected and do not affect the functionality or quality of the light. Therefore, they will not be considered defects.

At DEEVRA, we believe every piece is uniquely crafted. Just like every customer has their own story, each light carries its own subtle character, making every piece slightly different and special.

A product will be considered defective only if:

  • The light does not function properly

  • There is significant physical damage affecting usability

  • The product arrives broken due to shipping

  • The wrong product was delivered

Product Appearance & Lighting Expectations

DEEVRA lights are designed to create a unique glowing visual effect when illuminated. The final appearance of the light’s glow may vary depending on several factors, including:

  • Room lighting conditions

  • Background brightness or darkness

  • Viewing distance and angle

  • Surface placement and surrounding decor

Product images and videos on our website are created to represent the light as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in brightness, contrast, glow intensity, or visual appearance may occur in real-life settings.

These variations are natural and expected and will not be considered defects.

Each DEEVRA light is designed to create a warm atmosphere, and the glow may appear slightly different depending on the environment in which it is placed.

Just like every story is unique, every glow reveals itself differently in every home.

Return Approval

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and confirm whether the return request is approved.

Customers may be asked to provide additional photos or videos for verification.

Please do not send the product back without approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Replacement Process

If the return request is approved:

  • Customers will be asked to send the original product back.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the replacement process will begin.

Replacement orders are typically processed within [2–4 BUSINESS DAYS] after the returned item is received.

If customers prefer faster delivery, they may choose to place a new order, and the refund for the returned product will be processed according to this policy.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available or a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Since DEEVRA does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds cannot be issued in cash.

Refunds are typically processed within [7–10 BUSINESS DAYS] after the returned product is received and approved.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Non-Returnable Items
